What’s included in my VIP Court booking?
Your VIP Court booking includes access to a spacious court located away from the main play area, offering a more comfortable and focused playing environment. You’ll also enjoy use of our dedicated lounge deck, equipped with fans and air coolers to keep you refreshed throughout your session.
How far in advance can I book the VIP Court Arena?
All members can book up to 14 days in advance. For people who would like to book further ahead would be subjected to different charges. Corporate accounts enjoy priority booking privileges. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot.
Can I bring guests to watch my game?
Yes, players can bring as many guests as they want to view the match at our relaxing lounge.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation or refund policy. Rescheduling is allowed only if requested more than 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or no-shows will incur the full booking fee.
Do you offer private coaching in the VIP Court?
Yes, we offer private coaching sessions with our elite in-house pickleball coaches. These packages include personalized training programs via our Academy. For more information, feel free to contact us.
