Your booking includes private and exclusive access to our Grand VIP Court, fully walled off from the rest of the facility for added privacy. All amenities within this dedicated area are reserved solely for your session. Unwind on our plush sofa seatings and enjoy the cool comfort of an air cooler, thoughtfully included to elevate your experience.
How far in advance can I book the Grand VIP Arena?
All members can book up to 14 days in advance. For people who would like to book further ahead would be subjected to different charges. Corporate accounts enjoy priority booking privileges. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot.
Can I bring guests to watch my game?
Yes, players can bring as many guests as they want to view the match at our relaxing lounge.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation or refund policy. Rescheduling is allowed only if requested more than 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or no-shows will incur the full booking fee.
Do you offer private coaching in the Grand VIP Court?
